They ignored my refund requests until the 30-day guarantee period passed.

i purchased a set of classes about photoshop on the 20th of September from LightroomPhotoshopTutorials.com. the website said there was 30 days back guarantee. On September 21st i emailed them (the only way to contact them) to tell them i want to cancel (it cost 39.00 5 months of $39) no one respnded, i had sent total of 4 emails in september - october. now it has come to 30 days end now they respond and they said the 30 days has passed and its too late to get money back and end the account. but no one responded for the whole month. Now they corresponding with me. They ripped me off. They lied on the website. they said i didnt show them a tracking number. One of my emails i had asked how do i go about getting myrefund. they said i had to send them a tracking number. How was i to do that ? i emailed them. so i sent them copies of my email. No one responded back. until now when 30 days has gone by.
