I was on a reputable news website which I cannot remember which one now, but saw an ad for Smart Holographic Star & Ocean 5D Projector offered by Liceria. It is a small device that projects star and ocean scenes around a room. The items have not been delivered and the tracking number I received does not work. When I looked at my PayPal receipt I found that the seller is actually Zhengzhi Consulting Management Co., Ltd. When I tried to look them up, I found no such company but saw a ScamPulse.com website listed and checked through them. I saw a similar claim for this company of items received that were not as advertised. It was the same seller and same email address used as with my purchase. I have had no response from the emailed used and when I looked up Liceria found that it was a clothing site.
