LEO Conferences Reports & Reviews (7)

Avoid this Leo conference platform at all cost..! Very unprofessional, and only after your money. They do not deliver what they portray. Save yourself from the trouble of losing your money.

I believe Leo Conferences is a fraudulent organization. I have contacted PayPal to request a refund and have also reached out to Sahitha G., the alleged Leo Event Manager, without receiving a response. I have escalated this issue to both PayPal and the Bank of America fraud department.

I have not received any response from Sahitha G. the supposed Event Manager regarding my refund.

However, I have escalated this issue with ****** and **** ** ******* fraud department.

Having returned home from the conference, I can tell you a few things. Anyone with any experience in speaking at events and running them (I was the President of the Minnesota Career Development Association, and ran many conferences and events over 30 years!) knew this group was very much amateurs and would not get a great recommendation from any of us. First of all, they had an agenda that ran from 7:30 AM - 8 PM with only a small lunch break. There was no food or refreshments provided to the speakers, and no networking forums for us to meet each other outside of the event. Things were dicey with technology. There were no breaks, no beverages provided to the speakers.

Most of all, the speakers were totally shocked that they were only presenting to other speakers - and not to a REAL audience of conference attendees and potential customers. The LEO group will probably not even be smart enough to ask us speakers for our feedback so they could improve and will therefore continue to make the same mistakes. Most of the speakers I talked with did not believe it was worth their investment to attend. LEO did not come away from this event with a good reputation.

My experience with LEO Conferences was infuriating. After eagerly registering for a conference in New York, I had to cancel and informed them well ahead of time. Despite their relentless follow-ups during registration, they have ignored all my refund requests and emails since I canceled. It feels like a complete scam. Their lack of communication and professionalism is outrageous. I strongly urge everyone to avoid dealing with this organization to save yourself from such frustration and disappointment.

I was extremely disappointed with the organization of the LEO conference. As a seasoned speaker with over 30 years of experience running events, it was clear that the organizers lacked basic knowledge of event management and they failed to provide at least the basics of my expectations The agenda was packed from 7:30 AM to 8 PM with only a brief lunch break, and there were no refreshments or networking opportunities for the speakers. It felt like they had no regard for the well-being of their guests. A very bitter experience for me.

Scammers

Hello, I was invited to Speak at one of their conferences in New York. They chased and chased and chased me to register and make the payment. My life circumstances changed and I was unable to make it. I notified them over 3 months prior to the program dates and requested a refund. As should be the professional thing to do. I have yet to receive a refund let alone a response. They have pretty much ghosted me.
