This company has called myself at my personal cell phone number for over a year now. When answered and asked to be removed from the list and do not contact me again, they hang up. Reps laugh at you when you are upset about getting fraudulent phone calls throughout the work day. I filled a complaint and report with the FTC on this matter as well. They are targeting individuals who do not understand what is going on or are easily confused by using words like "lending" or "your bank" to be vague and deceptive in speech practice.

They have left multiple voice mail messages. Claiming to be Evelyn from "the lending union west coast branch" about my "file almost complete" and that my funding is ready - they just need to "confirm a couple of quick details." I have received hundreds of calls from this company. Each time I pick it up and speak to someone asking to be removed from their call list as I did not apply for a loan. The person immediately hangs up and I continue to get calls multiple times a day despite being asked to not be called.

Its Evelyn need to finalize personal loan press 2. Once I finally did and it was not anyone there as polished as Evelyn it was some guy with a thick accent and he wanted lots of personal information so I told him no and hung up on it but they’re still calling. I block a number and they call from a different one.

Have received a voicemail every day for months from Evelyn at "Lending Union West Coast Branch" stating that they are with the underwriting team and that they just need a little bit more information from me to complete my request. I have blocked them every day that they call and they call the next day using a new phone number.
