Please inform (name) that they have been named as a person of interest in an important matter that requires their immediate attention. Federal law prohibits me from disclosing any further information. If you know this person, please press one now or contact us directly at 833-883-2793, again that phone number is 833-883-2793, thank you for your help today".

The below quote was left on my voicemail. They stated there were legal documents that needed to be signed and that they would show up at my home or place of employment to get these documents signed.

"Hello, my name is Kelly Turner. I'm calling today to discuss scheduling delivery of certified legal documentation that will be requiring your signature. Yes I I meant to have you sign There is any questions, concerns or scheduling conflicts. It is imperative to contact the claimants office. At 866 576-4773 unless we hear otherwise I'll be out to see you as soon as possible...

I got 2 calls 1 from the so called sheriff then them basically saying I’m being sent to court for a credit card from 2005 first of all I cudnt even get an apartment in 2005 let along a credit card I looked my name up in court records my name wasn’t there I asked for information on my debt nd basically told me all my information will be in the letter they mailed me

Automated message threatening legal action/court lawsuit. No name was left, but left a callback number different from the number they called from. The number they called from was a Washington State number 206.237.1353 and the call back number they left via automated message is 888.270.9142

Called 3 people I know not identifing the person/company they are affiliated with and calling each from a different phone number. Talked to the first person calling from 1-866-407-6068 and left text messages for the other 2 people stating that I should call immediately regarding a civil matter and if I didn't call a complaint would be filed with my County. 2nd person called received a text from 1-330-443-1741 Fowler Ohio. The third person received a text from Saranac, Michigan 1-616400-5203. I then received a voice mail from the same person calling from 309-722-2721 telling me the same thing. The lady called each of us using 6 different phone numbers and calling within minutes of each phone call and voice mail. My voice mail was stated as urgent. Very upsetting to me.
