I received a call from 413 430 0013 stating I was to be served with legal documents and today was the final day before they went to court, the woman couldn't answer me when I asked what it was about so she gave me the 855 333 6130 number and a case number starting with 26. I called it and a man answered saying he was with Legacy Litigation I gave him the case number and he knew my full name, social security end number and address. He claimed I had taken a personal loan of over 7k with a bank I hadn't used since 2016. He was even saying I had made prior repayments in 2010 and 2011. I've never taken a personal loan ever, so I told them it was fraud, he got aggressive, threatening a lien on my house, wage garnishment, etc. He said since I claim I never received anything in the mail I could pay 2000k and settle it over the phone. I declined and he got more irritated before abruptly hanging up.
