I tried to order something on FB through a company called Leaftide and it said that I could get 3 bottles for $19.99 apiece and get 3 bottles free. Well, I put my debit card on the website thinking it would cost around $60.00. No, they charged me through totally different companies around the total of $664 and some cents. As soon as I saw the charges I canceled my card in about 5 minutes. I went to my bank and tried to get the charges refunded back to me. They denied to reverse the charges. I want my money back. There's no phone number to call with this company. I do have an address though.

It's a total scam. The bank said they've been reported before. I never received anything.

Went to door to get mail. Found lg box. Was expecting one so I didn’t think much til I opened it and found jars of cream or something. Never heard of these people and certainly didn’t order from them. Unable to get on my credit card to see if $ gone. Got email from Amazon saying ck my acct. someone trying to order. I guess they approved it. Since it was delivered to me. What do I do?

Ordered the 3 item amount for $139 and all kinds of charges started on my credit card. My bank sent me an alert and I had my credit card voided. The bank is investigating the charges. Then today I received a package of 12 Leaftide items which I did not order. But the email address they provided is fake. I tried to return but there is no place to return this stuff to. The shipping address on the box states they are a shipper not the seller. Do not return to this address.

Saw add for leaftide on social media, instagram, add for losing weight with matcha powder. They used actors like Chrissy Metz and Oprah saying it's a breakthrough product for weight loss, I'm assuming without there approval. They probably dint wvwn know thus product exists. When I checked out it did have all this deals for other products but I checked the not interested, there was about 3or4. Finally got to the final check out and the total was 57.00. I checked my credit card this morning and there was a 674.88 charge on credit card but it was broken down into individual charges. One for 219.00 249.00 the original 57.00 and 139.93. All the deals I rejected. I called the credit card company and reported the charges as fraudulent. They are issuing a new credit card because at this point the scammers have all my credit card information and can use it to charge anything they want. I'm so glad I checked the account this morning. The charges were all pending which made it easier to fix.

I was watching NBC news and a video came up for the Jenna and Sheinelle show which I opened and it was a show with Oprah and Dr. Ania saying that if you want to lose more weight after stopping a GLP-1. They went on to describe a product called Leaftide. I thought it was a real Today Show. Fortunately my credit card company did not pay it and asked me if it was me. I said “No” because I had been researching as I was putting my card # in. And realized thru researching it was a scam. Then the alleged Today Show site I was on began to add other charges very quickly. I cleared my info immediately and got off the site. Now I have filed a fraud case against the other charges! Today I received 3 tubs of this product which has absolutely none of the ingredients the show said. So even fraudulent that way. There is a contact number on the box that I will get returned one way or another.
