LeadPros LLC Reports & Reviews – Page 2 (27)

I keep getting this letter in the mail about morgage insurance. Ok but when I went to look for the company there is no name or address except down the bottom of the page in small print says PeadPod LLC. So I looked it up and found a lot of people's saying it's a scam. Please make sure you do your homework before you send in your information to someone.

I recently refinanced my home and I've been receiving weekly letters from this company concerning mortgage insurance. There is no credible information on the letter. However, on the "small print" at the bottom of the letter the name
"LeadPros, LLC" is barely visible. This is an obvious scam as there is no address or telephone number for the company. They ask you to provide them with your contact information and provide a best to call you.

We've received several mailers from them which all are made to appear as if they are coming from our mortgage lender. (We recently refinanced our loan.) It's "urgent" and says things like "second notice", "complete & return". It says we have not taken advantage of their low cost mortgage protection insurance. In the fine print at the bottom of the letter, it states that by completing the form, we're providing our express written consent to receive emails, text messages, and phone calls from Lead Pros LLC and it's customers (including any licensed insurance agent or company to which Lead Pros LLC may provide our information). They say loan information obtained through public record, but we never expressed interest in their products, never heard of them, etc. Most importantly, there's no way on the letter to ask them to put us on a "Do Not Solicit" or "Do Not Share" list.

I own a notary company called LeadPros, LLC and have been getting numerous calls from people who have received a bunch of scam letters offering mortgage protection based off public records in their counties. I have sent a copy of this letter (which was sent by someone in Colorado) to my Attorney General in Washington State to see if they can get to the bottom of it. Their response is that it's a phishing scam and it's very hard to track down the people sending them because they're often from out of the country. When people call me I advise them to submit it to their Attorney General as well and hopefully this can be investigated further. Just a note - my company, LeadPros, LLC out of Washington State has NOTHING to do with this crap.

Received a mailer saying this was a second notice for mortgage protection wi5 generic lender information which unfortunately is public record in Pennsylvania. States that no in person consultation is necessary and provides generic “plan” information. Asks that you provide your mortgage information and details to them. No credible information is captured in the mailer.
