I got this set at a large fair a couple months ago. After using it as it was demonstrated to me a few times I was sold on it! BUT. IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER THE FOURTH USE. I used it as directed all of the times I used it and I cannot find any contact info for this company. The wine preservers also broke and do not work. I’m truly disappointed. I also was told that there was a lifetime guarantee on this product. $60 wasted.

Pésima experiencia, compre el kit en la feria del College of the Desert, Palm Desert, California, el 02 de Enero 2022.
Mi esposa estaba abriendo la botella y derrepente ésta exploto en sus manos, ella quedó muy nerviosa y asustada, faltó muy poco para que se corte las manos.
Además el cortador también se rompió, adjunto las fotos como prueba de lo ocurrido

Hi!

I am a worker at the College of the Desert Street fair and work for this booth. I am so sorry that this has happened to you. There are a couple of tricks and tips that I personally do tell you. One reason this may have happened is because you hold the neck of the bottle. If you hold the neck of the bottle with the opener on, you cause too much air pressure build up. If you are still holding the opener, we can give you a perfect demonstration.

The foil cutter does come apart just in case it is dull and you have trouble cutting with it. It does pop back into place because of the three divots, but we can also replace that for free if you stop by!

My experience has been the same as many others. Spent $60 on the kit only to have the cutter break, the stopper doesn't work, and the opener is not working like it used to. The guy we bought it from said it was a lifetime warranty and to visit the website if I ever needed anything. Wouldn't you know, I can't find them online. What a piece of crap!

Hello and thank you for your purchase. Sorry to hear about this. The cutter does open up so as it can be sharpened, although I seldom hear of them dulling and actually recommend super gluing them shut to most of my customers as most never dull them. In any case you give all my customers my website and personal cell phone number with their purchase with my guaranteed card. Perhaps this was lost or we forgot to give you one. Got two at the street fair. The lead cutter stopped cutting the lead top cover after about ten used. Can’t fine them anywhere to get a replacement. I used my dremmel tool grinder to sharpen the cutting edges. It works better but for how long? Save your money.

Same with me - what's weird is that I am a Cwhite as well!

At a festival purchased a wine opener, worked only a few times til it just refused to pump out cork like advertised , wine preserver plug broke in pieces after 3rd use. And wine chiller did not chill at all. Tried to look them up and email shows not valid. Got cheated out of $60

wow, it seems like you had bad luck with everything.
Opener-always hold the bottle around the shoulder when pumping, never around the neck. The opener does not work on sparkling wines like Stella Rosa. If you have issues with the unit please take a look at the warranty flier we gave you, or return to where you purchased, or contact my website for more information www.GourmetGrater.com.
Wine saver / preserver - perhaps you unscrewed the unit. This is only for the factory to assemble and should never be unthreaded. Again we will replace for any reason, including user error.
Chiller-did you remember to freeze the chill stick over night first? It physically has to work scientifically speaking.
