Left voicemail stating urgent personal matter and to call back right away.

Had same call yesterday from 8036928816.

Called back, person was looking for my oldest son who is special needs and on social security. Threatened court filing.

I told him he could F-off.

All my sons bills come to my home.

Called claiming I owed Santander $3,882.32. I settled this account in April 2018 through V&R Recovery. They texted me at 10:58 p.m. and called at 7:01 a.m., both of which are violations of the FDCPA.

A foreign-sounding person attempted to get me to agree to pay $998 to settle the matter. I refused and provided the paid-in-full statement from April 2018. After that, their chatbot blocked me.

110% scammers. They do not appear to have a physical address at all.
