The company misrepresented itself as Canadian but is in fact chinese. I now have their address (after numerous (7 or 8) attempts for a refund and threat to report them). sizing of dress was way of and not as pictured. they have now asked me to return to china even though the address in email is canadian and the person i dealt with is named Bonnie.

after much deliberation, they offered as a last resort, an 85% refund. they wouldn’t provide a return address until i threatened to expose them.
