I had to constantly ask for shipping updates as they never updated from the original point of purchase. After 3 weeks of no updates I asked for a refund and they declined. The dresses finally arrived after weeks of no information, and smelled horrible, were made with cheap fabric, and are different in sizes than listed in their size guide. When I emailed support they told me to pay for shipping back to China when their return policy states that their company would pay for it with defective items. They offered me 10% of my original payment if I send it back and I pay for postal/shipping. I now have lost $110 dollars and have 2 dresses that I will never use due to their poor quality and defects.
