Ordered custom embroidered hoodies, quality was absolutely terrible and sizing was completely off. Said that the sizing was different due to “international sizes”. An Asian 2XXL was supposed to be a North American L, but does not even fit me and I wear a North American small. They offered to remake them and “updated their sizing chart and improve production processes.” They offered a 10% refund on an order over 200 dollars, but their return policy says returns can be made within 30 days of order, and they now have completely stopped responding after I demanded a full refund per their refund policy.
