Ordered 250 year US flag. Said it was made by US veteran. Used PayPal to pay. Then started getting emails with tracking numbers and links. Said it was coming from China. Said it should be here by July 1. Then an email might be late. Then July 9th got update that it was delivered on July 1. I replied it wasn't. They told me to check with neighbors and see if possibly taken. I had been home those 2 weeks. Then said it had to be at post office and gave a tracking number for US Post office. Post Office said that could give picture of the package for privacy reasons but could tell me the package had a different address and different name on it. They had seen this scam before where they get a tracking number of a place close by to use to show package delivered.
