Order not delivered despite tracking showing delivered
Complaint type: Problems with a product or service — item not delivered
Description:
On Aug 7 placed an order (#8007) with Lamate for $89. The company’s tracking system shows the shipment (tracking number *****************, handled via Wanbang Express) as “delivered” on August 12, 2026. I never received the package, and there is no evidence of a delivery attempt at my address.
The company does not provide a customer service phone number, and I have been unable to reach a representative through their website. I emailed the company directly on Aug 14, requesting proof of delivery, reshipment, or a refund.
I’m filing this complaint to document the issue and warn other consumers. I have also filed a dispute with my payment provider to recover the charge.
Desired resolution: Full refund of $89 or delivery of the item with valid proof of delivery to my address.
