Orders placed back in February from Lallashop.com. Says it was delivered a few days ago. It is now April 9th. I don't have a package and my bank is asking me about all the methods I used to try to get in touch with these people. Every time I tried to track the package. It rerouted me to advertising pop-ups.

Said order showed delivered. Customer service at Lallashop.com replied to my email was they would resend order express. Would not give a delivery company, just a tracking number thst eventually showed they delivered. Nothing recieved again. Offered refund starting at 40%, but when I did not accept they would increase. I accepted 80% but received zero. I lost $51.97.
