Saw advertisement on TikTok for bundle of trousers, and purchased the goods. Goods were never delivered, albeit the tracking number says it was delivered on the 19th of June, 2026. Its currently the 26th, the goods have, in fact, not been delivered.

I ordered a pack of pants from this “laddermere” from the TikTok shop and I got a tracking number that looked like it was on the way and never ever received the item and I ordered it over a month ago now they will not respond to me to give me a refund or tell me where my order is

I ordered clothes from Laddermere. I saw it on TikTok and my purchase was done on April 28. I received a tracking number. I was reviewing the tracking information and it looked like it was on the way to my city. However, when I look at the tracking information it will not load anymore and the website laddermere.com is not working at all.
