I have not received my refund of $239.00. it's been three months. The tracking number is 420959459361269903505657153685.
Your company is now on notice I will be charging you a holding fee $15.00 each month you have held on to my funds after you received the merchandise back.
Oct 16th. $15.00; Nov 15th. $15.00; Dec 15th. $15.00

As of today you will owe me 239.00 plus 45.00 = $284.00

What I do not understand is that you refunded the $39.95 right after our phone call on Nov 30th and you have refused to refund the rest. This is my documentation showing your bad business practice. Cheating the customer out of their own money.

Please reimburse my account $284.00 for the product returned and lost charges from my bank.

This product does not work! I've been completely unable to contact this company. I'm hopeful for a refund, but I'm having my doubts. I hope that I never get duped like this again! I was relieved of $193.00 that I could put to a far better use.

I experienced the exact same thing that everyone has mentioned. I decided that I didn't want to purchase the product and there was no way to back out and they had already gotten my money. Supposedly you buy one get one free and one bottle was supposed to be $69 but my card was charged for $129. I contacted seconds after and was told that order was cancelled and wouldn't be charged and went to bank account and found that they did. I have made 5 calls into this company and I was told that if I return product they will give me a refund so we will see

I had the same experience as everyone else! How do I stop getting products? I even messaged them immediately back telling them I wanted to cancel my order.
I too was taken for $237.00.
Buyer beware! This is a total scam and I am heartbroken as I don’t have this kind of money! These scammers need to be stopped! Shame on me for falling for it!

I was going to order and it came up to a question that you couldn't say NO to and I cancelled out they charted my card anyway. I was going to get buy one get one free, but they charted me for two bottles and put me on the monthly renewal. When I contacted they said they would cancel but sent the product any way.

I ordered the product with the understanding that it was a buy one get one free. I received a confirmation email that charged me for 2 bottles and the shipping address was completely incorrect. There was no contact information included on the order confirmation. I then received a shipping confirmation email that did include a customer service number. I called it ... I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone finally answered. She barely spoke english...in fact she barely spoke at all. She was unable to cancel or do anything helpful. She gave me an email address for the corporate office. I've since emailed them requesting a refund. Not holding my breath. Feel like a fool. I've also called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Hopefully that will keep me from losing my money. Hopefully

I experienced the same as others. You can not check out without adding to the cart which you can't edit. I have been given the run around also. I was taken for $129.77.
Please do not order from this company! I felt I was safe because of their proclaiming to be backed by Shark Tank.

I was looking at potentially buying keto diet pills. I checked the get 3 bottles for 39.99 each bottle and get 3 free. I click to add to cart and another screen opens up. There was no way to pass that screen, it then acted like the website crashed. I checked my online bank acct and they charged me $237. I looked for a contact number with no luck. So I called my bank when they opened and they gave me a number listed on the transaction. When I called that number, it says thank you for calling customer service and puts you on hold for 20 minutes. When it hits the 20 minute mark, it disconnects the call. I responded to the email me but no got response back from the company about my order.

I was looking at buying some diet pills. Looked this site, it look legit; I went with get 3 bottles for 39.99 each bottle and get 3 free. I click to add to cart and another screen opens up. There was no way to pass that screen I had to add it to my cart. after adding it, it said processing. I didn't want to do that, I looked for a contact number. I called and on the 1st ring it hung up. I looked at my bank account and charges totaling the amount was pending. I called my bank and they gave me another number for the company. I tried that number and the same thing happened. They did email me but no response back from the company about my refund. Please help stop these scammers.
