It was a Wayfair email advertisement about a product. I purchased the product online with a credit card. That was in December. I have contacted [email protected] four times. There is always a response and tracking is noted. Once it was turned away at the border entry, now they say it has arrived and been signed for. It never has arrived. I told them I was reporting to the BBB.
