Scam! Stay Away

So I originally thought it was pretty crazy how I was purchasing $40 noodles but they were something my mom asked for. On the site it literally says you are purchasing 4-pack noodles and has multiple pictures of exactly 4 packs of noodles for them to turn around and say that it is a misunderstanding upon purchasing that it is a serving for 4 people, in one pack. Before I even complained about this I originally had an issue with how they actually charged my card after purchasing noodles, for a $39.99 membership they also claimed is a small disclaimer as if anyone reads disclaimers on purchasing noodles or expect to pay a membership of that much, for noodles. It has been over a month, they lied and claimed they have cancelled membership just to wake up to a declined charge of $39.99 a month after being charged. I never received any refund

This was actually 2 scams. I originally placed an order on May 5th for a "4-Pack" of each of their flavors. I received a single pack of each flavor. When I reached out to customer service they informed me I was "confused" and it was 4-servings. They are PURPOSEFULLY misleading with a picture of 4 individual packs and the description of "4-pack". I accepted this as, "well I fell for it, won't do that again" However now a month and a half later, they just tried to run my credit card again! There is NO INDICATION anywhere on their website of a possible subscription. I had to contact my credit card company and get a new card.
