Kingdom Roofing was contracted to perform repairs to my commercial property. They were given a check deposit and then final payments in cash in December of 2023 to do roof repairs, a full tear off and new roof and gutters for the whole building. The roof was given a 10 year warranty on one area and a 20 year warranty on a separate area that was supposed to be fully torn off and a whole new roof. The roof began leaking in January, approximately 4 weeks after installation. Kingdom roofing was called and came out and said that it was not the roof but rather the bricks in the wall and that they needed another $900 to repair the tuckpointing. We made payment via check to the owner Christopher Delmaro for the full amount of $900 and he said he repaired it. A week later the entire roof began to leak significantly causing tens of thousands of dollars of damage to the interior of the property. I made several attempts to contact Christopher Delmaro on both January 25th and 26th. Christopher texted that he would be there the afternoon of January 26th but never showed up and hasn't made any attempts to honor the written warranty they provided since then. I called the insurance company that Kingdom Roofing provided a copy of as their liability insurance and was told that they had never heard of them and that the documentation they provided us was false. I've also tried to search the license number that they provided with the state and haven't been able to verify their business. It has been determined from independent inspectors, our insurance and also an independent restoration company that the roof was not installed correctly and that Kingdom Roofing used inferior products, did not provide the materials and work that was specified in the written contract and poor workmanship practices.
