On numerous accounts I contacted this company after I bought some oil from them. I sent them a message on Instagram and 2 emails asking them to send me their phone number to call customer service to cancel my subscription. I told them that I wanted to cancel.. After a week had gone by, no one had contacted me and they tried to get money out my account. So I sent another message on Instagram asking again to please send your phone number so I can call customer service and cancel my subscription. I told them to stop trying to get money out my account that I was going to report them as fraud to Instagram. Now they saw my last message the same day I sent it but never responded until I mentioned fraud. “Ma’am you will be refunded, have a bless day.” They blocked my from being able to contact them on Instagram and email which is the only way to contact this company. To top everything off they are still trying to get money out my account for months now.
