I was shown drawers for the island and did not receive those. When I checked the contracts, I noticed the cabinet one was forged. I did not get what I was shown in the show room. When I complained I was told the contract is signed. When I attempted to get a hold of 2 different owners, I got no responses. The job is incomplete and wrong. No attempt to reimburse or fix the issue has been made by the company. The sales person set up the sub contractor then claimed that the sub didn't work for Kiba so I had to take it up with them. Then said they DO work for Kiba but not for this job. Constant lies, bait and switches and unaccountability. They demanded payment up front THEN when I questioned because it was wrong she re-explained what they sold and saying maybe she didn't explain it well enough. Lies.
