I was looking for a formal dress, and lo and behold, an ad popped up on Instagram for Kelly Dresses. So, I clicked, knowing these were dupe dresses. The business address is in the US. Anyway, I bought a dress for 89 dollars, and it was processed in China and shipped from there, without any option to cancel at any point. Upon arrival, obviously, they had sent me the wrong item. I immediately contacted the Seller via the Shop app, and they are unresponsive at [email protected]. The Shop app has no way to file a dispute. I don't know how to get my money back.
