When the 5-9 days shipping promise expired, I called the number on their website for "contact us." A gentleman answered the phone with, "hello." Should have been my first warning. After about 5 mins of conversing with this gentleman, he asked, "you haven't been given a tracking number?" I answered, no. He then proceded to try and reassure me that I would be contacted within 48 hours about a tracking number. When the 48 hours expired I called back. Call went straight to voice mail. Been that way every since. Made my order online with my Citibank credit card on Feb. 12th. I'm incensed.
