Report

I purchased special bag and supplies to wash my sneakers. I asked to return for full refund and I was given the option to keep product and receive 1/2 my money refunded or send it back to Germany and get a full refund. I did not know the company shipped from Germany. This week they told me they are shipping to me additional product {which I never ordered} and was given the same return options. This to me is a SCAM
