In 2023 we paid Jordan at the beginning of the year for two lawn treatments, of which he only completed one.
When I contacted him late in 2023, he said it wasn't too late in the year to apply the fertilizer to our yard and he'd get it done. He did not.
He offered to reduce the cost by what he owed us in 2024, we told him we'd just have him do the one treatment in the fall that he owed us for.
He never showed up to do it, even thought when I contacted him again this fall, he said he would text us on the day of service.
When I asked for a refund if he could not complete the service by 10/15/24, he stopped reply to my texts and emails.
We have not been refunded by Jordan nor has he completed the already paid for service.
I do not recommend Jordan or his business to anyone.
