on 9/26/2015 a young man came to our home saying he could lower our satellite bill in half. I told him we were completely satisfied with our Direct TV. no problem, just change the name on the account from me to my husband's name and phone number. we did. the installer had me sign a paper when the job was completed. I never got a copy of that paper. I called the young man via his cell phone, he told me he could put the copy in the mail. that did not happen. I called satellite systems inc 4 times, only getting there voice mail and no call back. the agreement was to pay the first payment of $42.62 to direct tv at that time w our credit card. and there was an installation fee of $49.00. much to our surprise there was a charge of $199.00 to dish. shocked! that young man never said anything about any other fees. our credit card company is investigating the charge. I have notified the pueblo county sheriff and I will inform the office of the attorney general.
