I placed two separate orders and received both orders in a reasonable amount of time. I then placed a third order on Dec. 4, 2020, and have yet to receive the order. I have had the same issue with the answering machine as everyone else.

Completed an online order for sweat pants.

Received order confirmation but when checking the status it stated awaiting payment but a payment was already pulled from credit card used.

Tried calling the number on the website and when the recording starts does not provide the business name just states to leave a message.

Emails sent and voicemails left - no replies received.

They took my money but did not send product ordered.

This is not a legitimate business! Don't know how they have an active business.

Ordered pants from this website. Weeks later when they hadn't arrived (for Christmas) I looked at my account and my order was cancelled without telling me. A few weeks after that credit card fraud charges were made on the same credit card with the phone information that I put on that account using a number that I rarely use for anything (which to me supports the idea that the fraud was this website). Also, I received an email from JustGear that had "SwamiSportswear" somewhere in the text.

This is a fraud website!

I placed an order on Dec. 5, 2017 for 2 pairs of custom sweatpants for $54.57 USD. After a couple weeks, I discovered the order status said "Awaiting Payment", despite the fact that they have my credit card information. I contacted them through the website contact form and received no reply. A few days later my order status changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment" so I assumed they were making my pants. On Jan. 2, 2018, the order status changed to "Awaiting Shipping" so I assumed the pants were made and ready to ship. On Jan. 4, 2018, the order status changed to "Order Cancelled". I have emailed and sent them messages through their website contact form and received no reply. I have tried phoning but nobody ever answers the phone and it goes straight to voicemail that doesn't give a name or any indication of it being a business. I have now looked up this company and see that this is a common issue and that people have been having the same problems for years. I believe they are collecting personal information and credit card numbers. I don't believe my credit card has been charged yet at this time.

You're exactly right. Here it was 2 years later. Same situation. Order cancelled. They took my cc number and I just had a flood of fraud charges. I know it was this company because I had used a rare phone number on my account and one of the merchants they used had this number.

I placed an order for custom sweatpants and paid for them. I have yet to receive the item. It has been 2 weeks. I have emailed and called the company with no response several times. The number to call sounds like a personal voicemail and not a business.

I attempted to purchase athletic shorts online from this company. Although I received a confirmation that my order had been received, I never received any tracking information or any goods from the company. My credit card was debited twice by this company. I attempted to contact the company using their on-line form but received no answer. I attempted to contact the company by phone but was connected to an answering machine which gave no identification as to what company or person I was connected to. I have never received any product or contact from this company.
