Two flower bouquets were purchased to mourn the loss of an immediate family member. A same day delivery fee was also included and paid for. On the day of purchase neither bouquets were delivered to the two households listed on the immediate day delivery order. Also, no text, call, or voicemail was left concerning the order the day of. Several attempts of contact were made by phone to reach the business, but these went directly to voicemail, which was full, and then hung up - therefore, it was impossible to leave a voicemail complaint or get anyone to call back. After doing a bit of research online (Just Flowers Scam) it came to realization that this "company" preys on those who are under severe stress - whether that be the loss of a mother and buying funeral flowers or getting married - a disgusting practice. It isn't expected that a refund will be issued, but this company is immoral and should be stopped. Thank you for your time.
