Itwm listed as delivered, however no item was ever delivered. I flcontacted the company via email to report the problem and was told they do not refund the customers money. Tyey attwmpted to get me to reorder tye item and when i refused the person on the other end of the email kept repeating to me they will ot give me a refund. The website was removed from the web, and they company changed their name. Thos process has been going on since February 13, 2024
