Pop up on my 80 year old MIL PC demanded 499.99 to fix her firewall and tried to get her to give up banking info. Had her delete everything they added to her pc. Claimed to be representing Cisco and Norton and requested remote access to her computer.

Website came up, pop up came up advising WARNING and to call a number, I called the number, and they said they were microsoft and said since i didn't have much security they would help me get that for $499.99 - I gave them my checking & routing #. Persons name was Samuel Davis.
