Ordered several pairs of Judy Blue Jeans. After 4 weeks of not receiving the order, I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered. I messaged the email listed, [email protected] and they apologized and responded by saying they would send out another replacement order. That order was not received. They will give you a tracking number and site that will notify you of where the package is, but this is fake also. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from this company.
They provided an email with tracking information and any time I checked the status, it was 'in transit'.
The status finally changed to 'delivered', but I did not receive the package.
When I contacted them, they told me to check with my neighbors, bushes, and with the post office. I did that and the post office was no help because the tracking number was not one of theirs.
There was no identifiable address information on the tracking page.
They messaged back to say that they filed a claim with their "logistics company," but that it was rejected. So they would send another package.
I have received no further information from them, my emails are unanswered, and there is no phone number to call.
$33 is not much, but I really wanted the jeans.

It is a imposter Judy Blue Jeans website under https://judysbluejeans.com/. Placed and paid for an order, received fake tracking information, never received the order, stating they will send more product rather than refund.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from this company. They provided an email with tracking information. The tracking number was regularly not able to be tracked... but when it was able to be tracked, the location of the package was not provided. Finally, after over a month and several emails asking about the status of my order, the tracking was updated to say "delivered." There was no identifiable address information on the tracking page. I emailed the company, asking for a refund. They stated that the package was delivered and I should check with my neighbors. I restated that no package was delivered, and that I would like a refund. They messaged back to say that they filed a claim with their "logistics company," but that it was rejected. So they would send another package. They said I would receive new tracking information within 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago. No email, no package.

I looked up the website and everything look legit and purchased items from what I thought was Judy’s Blue Jeans.

This is suppose to be a clothing store.

I received a confirmation with tracking.

2 weeks passed and no update.

4 weeks passed no update a d tracking number didn’t work.

Tracking showed it was coming from China.

They took screen shots of a random tracking order and never used a company name or gave any information regarding who they are after that.

It had me create an account so my address, email. And phone number a d my bank card are now in their system.

They also didn’t provider a courier service name. So I wasn’t able to confirm tracking.

There was a FaceBook ad for clearance Judy Blue brand jeans. I placed an online order on 8/11/23. I did receive email confirmation of the order and then noticed it was shipping from China. I received my order today that was a moissanite ring, not 4 pairs of jeans that was selected.
