I RECEIVED A WAGE GARNISHMENT WITH A JUDGEMENT DATE OF 07/07/08. ONLY THE NAME OF THIS COLLECTION AGENCY AND IS LISTED. AN AMOUNT DUE IS LISTED, BUT IT OMITS DETAILS FOR THE TOTAL AMOUT OF THE DEBT. IT IS STAMPED BY THE COURTS OF COOK COUNTY WHICH MAKES IT EVEN MORE DISTURBING. MY ARGUEMENT IS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY LETTERS NOTIFYING ME OF DEBT OR JUDGEMENT. I'M PUZZLED, AND UNTIL I SEE A DETAIL OF WITH WHOM THE ORIGINAL DEBT WAS OWED, I FEEL WRONGED.
