Someone who said his name was Michael Cosner called me, stating he was with JRC Pre-Legal Services and they were working with Community Health Systems. He had some of my personal information and said he was collecting on a medical debt. I am sorry to say I gave him some money using my debit card, but I did not give him all he asked. After I got off the phone, I contacted someone who could look into the situation for me and found that I did not owe the money. I called my bank, and they canceled the debit card.
