It popped up on Facebook as an ad for a website that I know of. After ordering, I realized the confirmation page directed me to JoyNoveHQ where the clothes were completely different from what I ordered, and there seemed to be no trace of them selling what I ordered. I never received a confirmation email and what I contacted support, no one reached out to me, it's been 2 days since contacted this so called support.
