I purchased the Macrofit home gym and was expecting the product to ship within 5-8 days, as this is what was and still is currently stated on their website. This turned out to be an outright lie, after 2 weeks, I noticed that the expected ship date kept getting pushed back further and further. After reaching out to their customer service email, their representative told me that it would be at least another 2 weeks before they could ship the product. They offered me a refund which I accepted, and I was told that the refund would process between 7-10 business days. I reached out 3 more times over the course of almost a month after the refund was supposed to process and received no further responses. In my experience, this product is a complete scam and they never planned on shipping it to me, then once I requested a refund they stopped responding and I have no choice but to dispute the charge.

I ordered a piece of equipment online from what seemed like a reputable business. They advertise the product as shipping in 3 - 5 days, per their website. They communicate by email only, and dont offer a phone number through their website.

After 40 days, and continuous 'Tracking,' checks for when my product would ship, I still haven't received the equipment I paid for. There have been 5 attempts to connect via their support email. I only received a response on the first inquiry. This is a huge disappointment, as the product looks like something that I would have greatly enjoyed.

I'd like to ensure no one else makes this large of an investment into exercise equipment, only to be defrauded.
