I received a check and letter to become a secret shopper. The name was John Pore. I called his phone number 302-754-1735, but it would not go through. I think it is a scam.

I received a text on my phone about a local job being a secret shopper, but the details for the job including me receiving a check first for a large sum of money then I would have to go to the store and get money orders for the sounds of money but in pieces. And the money orders are supposed to be blank and then I’m supposed to send them to the next person who is supposed to do my job which I think is actually not going to the next person to do the same job I was to do but to the scammer. I will attach a picture of the check and give you all the information that I know and also send you a picture of the letter they sent me. I seem to not be able to attach the letter as well, but I will keep all this information in case it is needed for further investigation.
