Tips : to track down the culprit, find out where you sent the money, because they disbursed the money from here. If you send money using a wire transfer, save that information and give it to the police.

We made a purchase and it was our daughter who got suspicious about the site. We immediately alerted our credit card and PayPal about it. We received a confirmation and then a tracking number. The tracking number shows Nippon logistics who is the shipper. They are out of Japan but also have several locations in the US called Nippon USA who are legitimate. We also received from Nippon an estimated receiving date. We were told by PayPal to wait and if we do not receive the product or it is not the product purchased then they will help with getting a refund and we were also told the same from our credit card. So we are going to roll the dice and see what happens. I will update this when we see first hand if john mower store is legit.

John's Mower Store is a scam

This website is a scam which uses another fake website called Nippon Cargo Express to "ship" products. Because the store accepts money though Paypal, you can open a complaint with them and they can work at getting you a refund.
Do NOT use this site for anything. They'll take your money, load up a fake tracking number with a fake shipping company and by the time you realize you're never getting your product, its been over 2-3 weeks.

Hi,after hurricane Ida i purchased a lawn mower qith this company. Without realizing it was out of country . Its been since Nov i ordered this. No replies from email and no working phone number. I called JFK customs and they said to make a report with you. No one answers either phone or email. The tracking site has no contact information. The purchase was a$1905 purchase from my fema money. Please help me get my money back.
