Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Email sent 12/18 asking why my tracking number had not updated. Response back was item had been sent out USPS with a shipping date of 10 days. So I should receive item on 12/24/2024.
12/20/2024 reached out again through email with a picture of the tracking number showing item still in California. I was told the package needed to be transferred to USPS for the logistics information to update.
At this time I filed a dispute with my bank.
On 12/22/2024 I was updated by email that customs clearance was complete ( why a customs clearance if this company is located in Texas).
The email also said if I’m lucky I will receive it by Christmas.
Package was received on January 6th. The item was a fake item.
