Merchandise was ordered and we received several communications about order prep, quality control, and finally one that said the order had been turned over to the carrier - but did not include a carrier name or tracking number. Have not received a response to them requesting shipping details.
**** ******** ********** has thus far refused to chargeback the transaction because " The documentation or facts provided do not support the billing error dispute claim."
I am reinitiating my dispute again.
