We received a text message saying we had been approved for a LOC. We received the application via email and once we completed it we received a call explaining that we had been approved for a $285,000 LOC however since we were new clients we needed to have a reserve which would be placed with a third party escrow company that would keep the money for 4 months and once all the loan payments were made on time we would get the reserve back or applied towards the loan amount due.
