Mr. Martinez sent me a letter today outlining that one of my relatives has died, leaving life insurance proceeds; he wants me to contact him at FAX number 1-289-667-3232 or by phone 1647-328-4355 for "the repatriation of these funds." This is the second or third such letter I have received from different agencies in the last few months citing different dead relatives.
