I have waited patiently as you have requested since date of purchase! Please refund me the full amount of $41.22. I have been in contact with you since Dec 7,2022 about this product. This was a jumper to wear for Christmas. We are now on Jan 7, 2023. It’s passed the holidays and I have not received the item. You have been putting me off with bogus tracking and lies. I would appreciate getting this issue resolved. I have absolutely no interest in the item now and I certainly will never do business with your company again. I will also be warning others with your company issues by posting the email correspondence so far. I want and need my money returned immediately. Sincerely a very unsatisfied customer.

Due to an address problem, the package could not be delivered normally and was returned. If you want to resend, you need to make up the shipping cost and order cost, otherwise, the refund needs to deduct the shipping cost and order cost. Please note. thanks.

I want a full refund. My address was entered correctly. This is fraud and you are now claiming that my address is the issue. No you’re the issue. I am moving this claim up with PayPal. Refund my full amount!!
