The scammer was selling high-end tennis shoes, specifically HOKA, he used my Chase credit card on March 23, 2025 and transferred the money to himself via PayPal.

PayPal acknowledged their involvement and opened a case PP-R-UIR-5731058

PayPal says they have no case open and the matter remains unresolved with PayPal a party to the fraud.
