I felt harassed yet purchased a red LED device for $3000. I used the device and had a bad reaction. I had skin discoloration, irritation, and started getting frequent headaches from use of this device. This salon moved out of the area, and it took months to find them. I requested a return - they said no, no refund policy. Even if it doesn't work. The manufacturer gives a lifetime guarantee. All other companies I researched give a 90-day trial to protect customers in case this happens.

I was also scammed out of $381.60 for a tip. It shows on only one of two receipts, so I did not notice until later. They refuse to reimburse this as well. I am on social security and would never give such a horrendous tip. My bank card, Capitol one Venture, is not helping because the receipts say no refund. Had the sales agent disclosed this to me, I would not have bought it. I am not the only client who is reporting JH Mountain Glow to BBB.
