I called Jetblu tonget assistance with changing the date of a flight. Theis person William Hoffman was helped me. He asked for my email address and he gave me his number. He indeed cancled the flight and emailed me some other more expensive flight. I told him that i see that flight is way too exoensive and he insisted that it was the cheapest. I told him that the proce that im paying is not making sense. He then proceeded to charge 86.69 from debit card with out my permission. I told him to cancle the flight and reimburse me all of my money. To this day he has not done so. I cancled the flight myself and i spoke with another Jetblu rep who confirmed that this person william is not employed with jetblu. And the email address and phone number is not a jetblu number.

The other jetblu rep issued my refund and told me to stop the transaction with my financial institution. I was able to get the flight change for half of what william was over charging me.

He kept saying he has to discuss things with the person on the back end.

I suspect that he was working with a person that actually works ar jetblu.

The email at he sent me made no sense. It threw me for a loop. I just couldn't believe that jetblu would email me. And take extra money that i never authorized.
