I believed that it was JCPenney discount merchandise. Upon paying it showed “cheap clothing” no phone number, address or contact info and by the time I saw that my card was already charged. They did send an email showing it was JCPenney with the order contents but the only way to reach was an help email address. I tried at that point to cancel and all I received was an email saying be patient for the package. I later received a bogus tracking number which was supposedly followed here but here through track718 and showed ups not fedex ups or our postal service uses that number. On the logistics tracking page at track718 no numbers and all in Chinese. I also checked JCPenney and the order number is fake. There is no order listed on JCPenney. I tried going to their cheap clothing website to check the order number and it’s only pictures. There’s no way to purchase. The order number given doesn’t work there either.

I thought I was ordering clearance clothing from the JCPENNEY, advertised. Placed my order on May 4 and received a shipping date and tracking number. Was told it was finally delivered today, June 6 and it was not. Tracking number is bogus.
