They are ripping people off. I for one was not the right person to scam. I emailed them dozen of times.I called JCPenny at least 15x. Got no where. I was so fustrated. They added 10.99 for shipping 18 for merchandise. Never got it. Called the post office. Didnt deliver it. No such tracking. After trying to warn people about their post being a scam they emailed me saying they would refund me but not the 10.99 for shiping. That came from logistics and cannot be refunded. I said I did not receive anything. Got nowhere. They have a scam going on. I understand now why all my calls were answered by chinese people. Found oùt they bought out JCPENNY. PLEASE INVESTIGATE SO OTHERS WONT GET THEIR MONEY TAKEN. Some funny stuff going on. THANK GOD I DIDNT ORDER MORE.
