Well, it was jcpenney site at a 70 to 80% off of merchandise. I purchased some shoes, clothes, and bras. It should on a tracking site TRACK718 site the order coming from china to LA California then to a distribution then to keisterville the addressee. No package was delivered, i asked who was the delivery service, never an answer. The help aurora site was only by email and wanted more money for shipping. My order was free shipping due to the above $35.00 order. Saying it would refund my money for $15.00 for a shipping fee. I declined, told them it was a shame to scam people at Christmastime. There was only an email no phone number.

The ad presented itself on Facebook to appear as JC PENNEYS clearance sale. After I ordered and didn’t receive it for several weeks I emailed “[email protected]” and they sent fake tracking information that appeared to show the package was enroute. Finally after I emailed them that I hadn’t received it they replied that it was delivered already. Then they said if I paid another $15. They could resend the order.

ordered $39 worth of merchandise on January 12, 2024. I followed the tracking through January and February on Global Tracking 789 and it showed it came from China, not USA where I thought. Global Tracking says it was delivered to my home address in Beatrice NE on 2-12-24, but USPS nor I have seen it. I have a screen shot of GLOBAL TRACKING 789 if you want me to send it to you.

An Ad popped up on Facebook that looked like the JCPenny's logo. They were having a sale so I chose several blouses at a total of $41.10. A small package arrived at my home about a month later. It was a cheap ring with several "authentification" papers. I emailed the company and continually got an automatic response saying my order had been delivered. I found another email address and emailed my complaint. The response was: "if you don't mind we can let you accept this diamond instead of your missing goods this time to express our apologies,as you know,this ring is much more expensive than clothes,we would like to offer you 20% as compensation,is it OK?Or any idea,please tell us,thanks." I emailed back saying that this was not ok and I would like a full refund. I again got an automated response saying my order had been shipped and I should call the post office if I did not receive it. It is only $41 but I see online that this same scam has happened to others so I wanted to report it as well.
